All the recommendations that exercise will help you lose weight and keep fit is true – but double! Researchers from the University of Campinas have discovered that not only does exercising help you shed off those final unwanted pounds of fat, but it also stimulates your mind in a way that makes it convince your body that you are full after doing so. They further proved this theory by making obese rodents exercise, and that’s when the numbers really piled in! The rodents not only began to react to food in a manner that ‘normal’ sized rodents do, but they also lost a bit of their appetite.
